Why can confidence and vulnerability feel impossible to hold together?
A small correction can feel like humiliation. Admiration may bring temporary steadiness, while being ignored, challenged or needing another person can trigger anger, withdrawal or a private collapse that nobody sees.
Some people arrive after a relationship crisis. Others are tired of protecting an image of competence while feeling empty, envious or easily exposed underneath. Therapy does not begin by reducing a person to the word narcissistic.
How are narcissistic patterns assessed without shaming you?
Assessment looks at self-esteem regulation, empathy, entitlement, shame, attachment, work and relationship patterns, and what happens when you feel criticised or dependent. It also considers depression, trauma, anxiety and other explanations.
A diagnosis is not assumed from online descriptions or another person's accusation. The aim is a careful formulation of the pattern, its function and its cost.
What does therapy for narcissistic personality patterns involve?
Schema therapy and relational work can identify the protective modes that appear around shame, failure and closeness. Mentalization-based work supports the ability to hold your own perspective and another person's perspective at the same time.
The therapeutic relationship becomes a place to notice idealisation, disappointment, competition or withdrawal as they happen, without using confrontation as punishment or reassurance as a substitute for change.
What can realistic progress look like?
Progress may mean tolerating feedback without retaliation or collapse, recognising another person's experience without losing your own, asking directly for reassurance, and recovering from shame with less secrecy. These changes develop gradually and are reviewed honestly.
Online sessions are available in English or Arabic, subject to the professional and legal requirements that apply where you live.
Online therapy is planned care, not emergency support. Current risk, stability and access to local support are considered during assessment.
Between sessions
Real therapy does not end when the call ends
A session lasts fifty minutes a week. But the sting of criticism, the inner emptiness and the old reactions that push people away show up in real conversations and relationships, long after the session has ended.
That is why you have your own private space between our sessions. It holds practical, guided tools chosen for your experience and opened with you one step at a time, so each week turns into clear steps that our next session can build on.
A pathway designed for you
Authentic Self
Moving beyond the mask toward steady worth, real closeness and inner peace.
The focus areas, the tools and the order in which they open are decided together after we understand your situation, and they change as you change.
Support in the difficult moment
Clear practical exercises you can open on your phone the moment things build up, instead of trying to remember a theory.
Shaped around your pace
There is no ready made template. We choose and open the tools together based on what you are going through, without rushing or overload.
Progress you can see
Your own words and ratings over time, so we both notice what is really changing and adjust the plan with shared understanding.
A safe and closed space
Only your therapist sees what you write. No algorithms, no advertising trackers, no public profiles.
This pathway is part of therapy with me, not a self help app, and it is offered when it suits your situation.
