Two ways we can work together

Individual therapy and couples therapy, both delivered online with the same standard of care and honesty about what the work involves.

Service 01

Individual Therapy

One-to-one psychotherapy for adults and adolescents, ages 13 to 70.

50 minutes, usually weekly at the start.

Online by secure video.

Book individual therapy

A confidential space to think clearly about what has become hard to carry alone. We work at a pace that feels manageable, using approaches with strong clinical evidence behind them, adapted carefully to who you are and what you need.

Who it helps

  • Adults and adolescents aged 13 to 70 noticing that something has shifted
  • People who have tried to manage on their own and want a more structured approach
  • Those in the middle of a transition involving work, family, migration, identity or loss
  • Anyone wanting to understand long-standing patterns rather than only manage symptoms

Common concerns

  • Anxiety and persistent worry
  • Low mood and depression
  • Stress and burnout
  • Trauma and its aftermath
  • Self-esteem and self-criticism
  • Emotional regulation
  • Grief and loss
  • Life transitions and personal growth

Treatment goals

  • Understand what maintains the difficulty, not only what triggered it
  • Build practical skills you can use between sessions
  • Reduce the intensity and frequency of distress
  • Restore a sense of choice in how you respond
  • Leave therapy with tools that remain yours

What to expect

  • A first session focused on listening and understanding your history and hopes
  • A shared formulation that gives a clear picture of what is happening and why
  • An agreed direction, reviewed openly as we go
  • No pressure to disclose more than you are ready to

Common questions

What clients have said

Honestly I almost cancelled the first session. I'm glad I didn't. He never rushed me and never made me feel like a case file.
Elena, individual therapy
I had been to two therapists before. This is the first time someone actually explained to me why my panic kept coming back, instead of just telling me to breathe.
Andrei, individual therapy
Being able to switch to Arabic when I got emotional made a huge difference. Some things I simply cannot say in English.
Nour, individual therapy
I came in burnt out and barely functioning. Six months later I still use the plan we made. Not magic, just steady work that made sense.
Lucas, individual therapy

Service 02

Couples Therapy

Structured, even-handed work for partners who want to be understood again.

50 minutes, typically fortnightly or weekly.

Both partners attend together, online by secure video.

Book couples therapy

Couples work is not about deciding who is right. It is about slowing the cycle you keep repeating so both of you can hear what is underneath it. Sessions are structured, balanced, and held with equal care for each partner.

Who it helps

  • Partners caught in the same argument in different clothes
  • Couples navigating trust, distance, or a significant rupture
  • Partners facing a transition such as relocation, parenthood, illness or career change
  • Couples who are functioning but no longer feel close

Common concerns

  • Communication breakdown
  • Recurring conflict cycles
  • Trust and betrayal
  • Intimacy and connection
  • Cultural and family expectations
  • Parenting differences
  • Long-distance and relocation strain
  • Deciding whether to continue

Treatment goals

  • Name the pattern instead of blaming the person
  • Repair after conflict more quickly and more honestly
  • Rebuild trust in a way that is realistic, not performative
  • Make difficult decisions with clarity rather than exhaustion

What to expect

  • A joint first session, sometimes followed by a short individual meeting with each partner
  • Clear ground rules so both of you feel safe to speak
  • Practical work between sessions, agreed together
  • Neutrality: I hold the relationship, not one side of it

Common questions

What clients have said

We had the same fight for four years. After a few sessions we could finally see the pattern instead of blaming each other.
Ana and Radu, couples therapy
Neither of us ever felt ganged up on. That is the only reason we both kept showing up.
Layla and Tarek, couples therapy
We booked the first session to figure out how to separate. We are still together and, more importantly, we know how to repair after a bad week.
Marta and Julian, couples therapy
Two cultures, two families, one marriage. He understood both sides without taking sides, and our conversations at home changed because of it.
Hana and Stefan, couples therapy

Still deciding which is right?

Book an initial session and we will work it out together, or send a question first. Either is fine.
